Commemorative coins of Isle of Man
The first coins were issued by the Isle of Man in 1668 by a merchant of Douglas John Murray, they were equal to British counterparts. Pence Murray became legal tender in 1679 for resheniyu Tinvalda along with the coins in Britain. Retired Murray first appeared Triskelion and the national motto: Quocunque Gesseris Stabit, who at the beginning of the XVIII century has been changed to Quocunque Jeceris Stabit (No matter how you throw will stand).
