This is a coin of Catherine II, on it are visible the remains of the Monogram from 5 kopecks of Elizabeth 1757-1762 and 10 kopecks of 1762 "Drums". The re-minting of the coins took place according to the scheme 5 kopecks of Elizabeth -> 10 kopecks of 1762 "Drums" -> 5 kopecks of Catherine II.
From 10 kopecks 1762 The drums show the letters "ТЬ" from the word "ДЕСЯТЬ", the number "10", and "КЪ" from the word "КОПЕЕКЪ"
